The Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo is the body that directs and supervises the country's prosecutorial system. This institution has the duty to take care of the implementation of the law and criminal justice in Kosovo.
The Prosecution Council consists of independent and dedicated prosecutors, who conduct investigations, indict persons suspected of committing crimes and represent the interest of society during the judicial process.
The main mission of the Prosecutorial Council is to guarantee that all criminal defendants will have a fair and independent investigation and trial,
working to ensure justice and equal respect for all citizens of Kosovo.
