On April 29, 2024, Deputy Minister and National Coordinator Against Human Trafficking, Blerim Gashani, met with representatives from Albania and Montenegro in Pristina.

The purpose of the meeting was to ensure the effective implementation of protocols against human trafficking and to identify the requirements for revising Standard Operating Procedures, particularly their document formats.

All states at the meeting unanimously agreed on the necessity to finalize and modify these forms, also supporting the proposed review process suggested by Mr. Gashani, the National Anti-Trafficking Coordinator.

The meeting was organized with the support of IOM KOSOVA.

This meeting marked an important step towards improving cooperation and implementing measures against human trafficking in the region.
